Please use this form to request changes to existing Norwalk student’s transportation requests (Add/Drop/Location Change). If a change is due to moving please contact Norwalk Schools Registrar at 515-981-0676 ext 4001 or firstname.lastname@example.org AFTER submitting this form.
Notice: Pay-for-Ride routes are limited. Many are currently at capacity. Processing may require 5-10 school days from date of request. The Transportation Department will notify you when the changes are complete.
If you are needing to change a student’s transportation for a specific date please contact the student’s attendance center by noon.
