Photography Services – Request for Proposal

The NORWALK COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT (the “District”) is soliciting proposals to provide photography services for the District for a minimum of three (3) years but not to exceed five (5) years. These services include the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 school years, ending June 30, 2028. Additional annual renewals for up to two years are possible. Proposals must be submitted in writing by 1:00 p.m., March 1, 2025. Proposals will be received in the Marketing and Communications Department, Norwalk Community School District, 380 Wright Road, Norwalk, Iowa, 50211, and Attention: Tiffany Redman. All proposals must be clearly marked on the face of a sealed envelope “Proposal for Photography Services.” Proposals may be emailed to tiffany.redman@norwalkschools.org. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. As the process moves forward, it may be necessary to clarify items in your proposal. The proposal must include contact information for the person who will be representing the service provider through the process. It is our intent to seek Board approval at a future board meeting during the 2024-2025 school year.
