Norwalk Families:

President Biden recently signed the “Keep Kids Fed Act” into law. However, eligible students who are not directly certified through DHS for free or reduced priced mealsMUST complete an income application for meal assistance to qualify. The meal application will be available to Norwalk families on Friday, July 15th. You may apply for meal assistance at www.schoolcafe.com. Please be sure to check the fee waiver box if you would also like to qualify for free or reduced priced school fees. The meal assistance application process reinstates the pre-pandemic requirement that a student’s meal cost is based upon the income of the household. During the last two school years, all Norwalk students were eligible for a free breakfast and free lunch meal each school day.
