PROJECT: NORWALK BASEBALL/SOFTBALL PARKING LOT BIDS DUE: September 4, 2020 at 2:00PM BIDS TO: The Owner (hereinafter referred to as OWNER): Norwalk Community School District 380 Wright Rd. Norwalk, IA 50211 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS COVID-19 PROCEDURES FOR BID DELIVERY AND BID OPENING: Due to current restrictions in place for access to Norwalk Community School buildings, the bidding process will be modified as follows:
Delivery of Bids: Bids will be accepted at the district office at the location specified below. Bids will be accepted in person from 8am and up to 2pm only on the date bids are due. You will turn your bid over to district personnel at the front door and they will record time and delivery of the bid. Otherwise bids may be delivered by normal delivery services, accounting for delivery times.
Bid Opening: To avoid public gatherings as directed, the bid opening can be attended electronically by logging into or calling, per the information given below. On-site participation will NOT be accommodated.
