It was brought to the attention of the Nutrition Department this morning that there was a glitch between RevTrak and Cybersoft. Some meal accounts who have enabled the auto-replenish feature on RevTrak for lunch payments have been processed multiple times (4x each) over the weekend. RevTrak has now disabled the auto-replenish feature until the issue has been resolved. It appears at this moment that there were approximately 30 parents this affected. We are reaching out to those families to make sure they know we are working on the solution with RevTrak and Cybersoft.
