Outdoor & Indoor Attendance Guidelines for the Fall Athletic Season 2020

WARRIOR STADIUM

  • Do not attend if you have symptoms related to Covid-19.
  • We ask for everyone to maintain 6 ft. social distancing unless sitting or standing with immediate family.
  • Face coverings are required and to be used while on school grounds. This guideline applies to all who are in attendance both on the visitor’s side and home side of the stadium. This also includes sideline personnel. Players are exempt from this requirement. We thank you for your cooperation.
  • Capacity of the stadium will be reduced to 50% attendance with limited seating for all varsity scheduled football dates.
  • Every other row in the bleachers on both the home and visitor side of the stadium will be restricted for seating and marked off with signs and blue tape that will prohibit seating.
  • For varsity scheduled football dates there will be 1,000 tickets available for purchase on the home side of the stadium. The purchase of tickets for home seating will be designated at the ticket booth.
  • All student, family, single adult, gold, and staff activity passes will be honored for admission. Entrance into the stadium with an activity pass will be as it has been in the past.
  • For varsity scheduled football dates there will be 450 tickets available for purchase on the visitor side of the stadium. The purchase of tickets for visitor seating will be designated at the ticket booth.
  • The ticket booth windows will close if all available tickets have been sold!
  • There will be no capacity limits for sub varsity and middle school scheduled dates for football.
  • Concessions will be available but there will be a limited selection of items. Exact change, credit card, or debit card ONLY!!
  • Admission for all varsity scheduled dates is $5, K-Adults.
  • Admission for all high school sub-varsity and middle school scheduled dates is $3 for 9th grade – adults & $2 for students K-8.
  • Exact change for admission is encouraged.
  • All fans are reminded of the following security measures that will be enforced at all home varsity football games:

o   Security measures will be implemented beginning at 7 PM and will be enforced until the conclusion of the varsity game. Please note that if there is only a varsity game then security measures will begin at 6:30 PM.

o   There will be two security personnel at the home gate and one at the visitor’s gate. Each gate will also be staffed by a Law Enforcement Officer.

o   Students are not allowed to exit and re-enter both for home and visiting students after 7 PM if there are two game scheduled or after entry for a varsity game only.

o   Students are not allowed to cross in front of the stadium building to access the opponents or home side seating.

o   No drink containers of any kind or bottles sealed or unsealed.

o   NO coolers

o   NO skateboards

o   NO pets

o   NO footballs, soccer balls, or any other type of such items.

o   NO signs or noisemakers

INDOOR GYM FACILITIES

This guideline applies to both visiting and home fans for adults and students as well as all        sideline personnel including coaches. Please note that players are exempt from this requirement. We thank you for your cooperation.
  • Every other row in the bleachers on both the home and visitor side of indoor gymnasium facilities will be marked off with signs and blue tape that will prohibit              seating.
  • Concessions will be available but there will be a limited selection of items. Exact change, credit card, or debit card ONLY!!
  • Admission for all varsity scheduled dates is $5, 9th grade – Adults and $3 for grades K-8th
  • For all high school sub varsity and middle school scheduled dates admission is $3 for9th grade – Adults and $2 K-8th grade
  • Exact change for admission is encouraged.
